At Farsons, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to drive our sales of iconic imported beverages including Jameson, Aperol, Absolut, Red Bull, Corona, Strongbow, Perrier and many more.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an experienced manager with good leadership skills, a business acumen and strong communication on skills to build and manage business relationships with clients and suppliers. Reporting to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets and work with the team to achieve the Farsons Beverage Imports Company Limited set sales objectives, driving pro๏ฌtability, increasing market share and improving customer sa sac on.
The selected candidate will need to lead and motivate an experienced sales team and is expected to be an excellent communicator, be transparent and honest, fostering loyalty and engagement with the companyโs mission. Other requisites include:

Proven experience in successfully managing a team. Market experience in the beverage or food industry.
